There are two methods of study available for students to receive equipping and training. Entry level is Certificate IV in Christian Studies:

1. ON-CAMPUS STUDIES

(a) Full-time Day School (9:00am - 12:30pm)

Five days per week of lectures and training. Full credit students are required to successfully complete all subject assessments.

Only successful full credit students will participate in a graduation ceremony and be awarded their Certificate, Diploma or Advanced Diploma.

(b) Part-time Daytime

Subjects may be taken on a part-time basis. Subjects taken part-time can be either undertaken separately or in conjunction with other subjects.

(c) Part-time Night School (7:00pm- 9:00pm)

Students will study subjects on a one night per week basis through each term of the year. Records of Achievement will be issued where competency is attained in subjects undertaken.

(d) Audit Students

On-campus studies may be taken on an Audit basis. Since Audit students are not required to complete any assessments (exams or assignments) they will therefore only be awarded a ‘Certificate of Attendance’.

Audit students will be required to uphold all other requirements of enrolment including attendance, punctuality and attitude.

2. EXTERNAL STUDIES (National and International Correspondence)

(a) Full-time Correspondence

In order to qualify for Austudy a student is required to complete 75% of the “Certificate IV in Christian Studies” subjects in a study year. Students will be supplied with CD's/DVD’s and notes. Students will be required to use selected text books.

Assessments will be completed with a nominated invigilator present.

(b) Part-time Correspondance

Individual subjects may be taken at the student’s own pace from CD's/DVD’s notes and outside reading. Students will be required to use selected text books.

(c) Subject Selection

Subjects are to be selected from the Certificate IV in Christian Studies prior to moving on to complete second year subjects.

External studies will only be available in Western Australia if on-campus studies cannot be attended due to a country location or where certification can be provided that a student is unable to attend classes.
