All fees are quoted in Australian dollars and must be paid in the same and at least one week in advance. The Application Fee must accompany the application and is non-refundable. The full Activity Fee must be paid before the first week of class and is non-refundable.

Application for discounted fees in special situations is available by contacting the Deputy Principal.

Students withdrawing for any reason after the start of a term may apply for a refund of their tuition fees. The fees will be refunded on a pro-rata basis with loss of any discounts received. Part-time students do not qualify for discounts.

Each full-time student will be invoiced on a term by term basis. Part-time students will be invoiced detailing the costs of the subjects they are enrolled in. Student payments will be receipted immediately and term statements will be issued.

* Please note that GST is not payable on student fees.

Students with fees in arrears will be suspended until fees are brought up-to-date.

Fee Reviews

All fees are reviewed on an annual basis and are subject to change without notice. Students will be notified in writing of changes to the fee structure at the beginning of each year. Fees will be set for each calendar year period.

Students should note that the agreed fee at the time of commencement only applies to that particular calendar year.

Refund Policy

Any full time student withdrawing from a subject must inform the VLBTC Administrator in writing. An application for a refund of excess tuition paid must also be made in writing and submitted to the VLBTC Administrator. The refund will be made on a pro-rata basis from the date of the withdrawal letter. Any refund will result in the loss of any discounts received. There will be no refund of fees to part time students.

International Students

VLBTC is a Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS) registered provider (02200J) with its subjects being available to International students. An International Student’s Application Pack is available on request.  Click here for further information.

Text book Requirement

Where textbooks are required these are available from Victory Life Bookshop. In some instances a student discount is given. Purchase of text books is mandatory and will be advised at the commencement of each term. Please note that text books are not included in fees.

Print out the VLBTC Application Form below and when completing the form PLEASE PRINT CLEARLY IN BLOCK LETTERS.

You are also be required to fill out a Personal Reference and Pastoral Reference form and include them with your registration.

  • Each Application Form must include a recent passport size photograph of the prospective student.
  • A non-refundable Application Fee must accompany each Application Form. See ‘Fees’ for relevant application fee.
  • Completed Application Forms may be mailed to the Registrar of VLBTC at the address listed on the Application Form.
  • Late applications will be considered on their merits and are to be submitted with a late Application Fee. (See Fees insert for applicable Application Fee)
  • All applications and monies received will be acknowledged by letter and receipts issued for monies tendered. All monies must be in Australian currency.
  • The Pastoral Reference Form must be completed by your Pastor and returned by him/her directly to VLBTC.
