Rev. Dr. Margaret Court MBE; Phd LLD (Hon.)
VLBTC President/Principal

In 1983 Margaret graduated from Rhema Bible Training Centre, Perth, Western Australia where she was licensed and ordained. She holds an Honorary Doctorate (Doctor of Laws Degree) from Oral Roberts University, USA.

Pastor Margaret is the Senior Pastor and founder of Victory Life Centre, Victory Life Bible Training Centre and Victory Life Community Service which continues to grow and progress with a congregation of 2000. Pastor Margaret’s heart is to train an army of people who know who they are in Christ, and the Christ within, to take the city and nation for Jesus and to be a centre of mercy, love and compassion; a “mercy ship”, providing refuge and shelter to those in need.

Margaret Court’s incredible tennis career amassed 64 major tournaments victories and won Wimbledon three times. To this day her record still stands. She became a Christian in 1975 while still the world’s number one tennis player. Margaret Court has authored three outstanding books: “A Winning Faith” (autobiography), “Winning Words” and her latest book “Your Winning Position”. Margaret Court is the wife of Barry Court, mother to four adult children and a grandmother, and is a much sought after international speaker and preacher.

Ps Judy Saxby
Deputy Principal

Judy completed a Bachelor of Education and Diploma at Rhema, Perth. Both Bruce and Judy Saxby are ordained ministers with Victory Life International. They went on a Mission trip to Sri Lanka for 5 weeks in ’92 and to Kenya for a year in ’96 and were involved in Children’s Ministry for over 15 years. Judy’s heart is to reveal the love of the Father to His people and to set the captives free. “My people perish for lack of knowledge.” Her dream is to help train up an army and see them go to the nations. Judy holds a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training.

Ps Ginny Stout
Dean of Studies

Ginny is a graduate of Rhema Bible Training Centre, Perth, Western Australia where she was licensed and ordained. With her husband, Jim she founded and pastored Good News Family Centre in Bunbury, WA for 13 years. Ginny holds a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training.

Having taught for many years in the ministry at women's groups and Healing School, Ginny is currently the Dean of Studies at VLBTC. Ginny is an Assistant Pastor at Victory Life Centre and a member of the VLC Board.

Ps David Smith
Dean of Students

David has extensive experience, both as a pastor and teacher within the Body of Christ in various churches around the nation. He was ordained into full time pastoral ministry in 1975 and ordained as a Prophet in 1977 serving in various pastoral/prophetic roles in WA and NSW before returning to Perth and teaching in VLBTC. David holds a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training.

Ps Belinda Dover

Belinda graduated from Spirit Life Bible College in Irvine, CA, USA in 1994, after graduating Belinda joined an international ministry and worked in publications, crusade and conferencing. Belinda was ordained in 1997, then transferred to Ambassador Family Church in Oceanside, CA, USA where she worked in various areas of the Church and leadership.

After over 6 years in America, Belinda returned to Australia with NSW Parliament and went on to manage a rapidly growing graphic art and web development company. Belinda is a Pastor at Victory Life Centre and a member of the VLC Board. Belinda holds a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training.

Ps Jim Stout

Born and raised in the USA, Jim served in the US Army from 1963-66. In 1970 he graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.

In 1982 he founded the Good News Family Centre in Bunbury and was senior minister there for 13 years. He was licensed and ordained through Rhema Australia. Jim holds a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training.

In 1995, Jim became Assistant Pastor of Victory Life Centre and in 1997 held the position of Principal of Victory Life Bible Training Centre until 3rd term 2000. Jim is a member of the VLC Board

Ps Anne Edgar

After graduating from Claremont Teachers' College and WAIT Anne taught in various schools in Australia and England covering a range of subjects.

In 1984 Anne graduated from Rhema Bible Training Centre, Perth, Western Australia and in 1995 became part of the faculty of Victory Life Centre and the Ministry Team of VLC. Anne has a heart for teaching and training people in prayer. Anne held the position of Deputy Principal of VLBTC from 1997 – 2004. Anne holds a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training.

Ps Eunice Smith

Eunice has extensive experience in pastoring and teaching in various churches around the nation and at Victory Life Bible Training Centre. She has taught and counselled in church situations from her teenage years and has ministered at women's meetings, youth groups and home groups. She became a part of the teaching faulty at VLBTC while being Administrator of VLC and VLBTC from 1997 to 2001. Eunice holds a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training.

Ps Alan Wells

Alan is a graduate of UWA in Arts and together with his wife Angie, attended VLBTC graduating in 1999. Alan is the Dean of Supernatural Ministries Training Institute (SMTI) held at Victory Life Centre. Alan and Angie were ordained at Victory Life Centre where they are actively involved in pastoral care ministry. Alan holds a Certificate IV in Workplace & Assessment Training.

Rev Barbara Oldfield-Bentley

Barbara is a qualified primary school teacher and a former Australian squash champion. She has an evangelistic thrust and uses her energy and enthusiasm to urge and motivate the students into soul winning. Barbara graduated from Rhema Bible Training Centre, Perth, Western Australia in 1985. Barbara has a Diploma of Teaching (Education Dept WA), she has also authored two of Margaret Court’s books “Winning Faith” and “Winning Words” as a guest writer. Barbara holds a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training.
